I had two consecutive no spend days in a row. Sunday I had driven mum to the store and had expected that I will buy something. Instead I helped her choose a few things, and didn’t buy anything for myself. The urge to buy was just not there. Odd but good.
Yesterday, I brought lunch. I was going to buy Skype credit because I was eyeing the 15% rebate from Great Canadian Rebates. Then I saw that I had about 200 minutes left from my last purchase and I decided to wait until I’m down to like 30minutes.
Voila! Two no spend days and it wasn’t hard at all.
