Sold!

With so much going on, I almost forgot. The bf sold one of his places. This one is half the price of the other, which is why I think it sold quick. The other reason is probably because the buyer saw potential to add value by doing simple things like upgrade the appliances, painting, and changing the carpet.
That’s something to think about. Some people look for move in conditions. But others like a fixer upper so they can add value. Even more people are in between. They want something they can add value without too much trouble. At least that’s where most of my friends are at.
