Pot luck

I'm going to make spanakopita for out work pot luck tomorrow. Got to go shopping for the ingredients :)

Someone asked what spanakopita is. It is Greek Spinach and Feta Cheese Pie. They way I learned it is to make phyllo triangles instead of pie. Great finger food.
