I went to see another house today. This one is ok. Not perfect but nothing is. However, it is my favorite out of all the places I looked at so far. But it's a little pricey. Actually I think it's quite reasonable considering what I'd be getting for the price. Still it's $89,000 above my maximum limit.
I was hoping that we can negotiate lower than the listing price. It's possible. But I don't want to spend my maximum either. I'd have to get a lot more than $89,000 off the price to buy it. I guess I was looking at something more than what I can afford. I think I'll keep an eye on this listing and keep looking.
