Waiting...

Last night I made an offer on a condo. We put it in around 5pm and set the offer to expire at 11pm. However, the seller agent was not able to contact her client so we extended it to today.

Finally my agent came back with the counter offer at lunch. We had a long discussion and I gave her my counter offer. Now we are back to waiting. Waiting is agony!
