Wired

I just finished at the cafe. It’s late but I’m too wired to sleep yet. I thought I’d update on the result of today. About 10 people left at work. Most of them really happy to get the compensation package and move on, a couple of people are surprised. I am staying put for now. Tomorrow is my performance review.

Also, there is this new girl at the cafe today. While we were talking I found out she works for HR in the company that is renting part of our building. The company is expanding and they will be there until their new building is built. According to her they’ve hired over 100 people this year. I asked if she could forward my resume to the right people since there is a department that might be my thing. She gave me her e-mail. Sweet!
