Missed savings goal this period

I finally sat down to see how much I saved this pay period. I was a little surprised that I didn't meet my savings goal. But thinking back I guess I shouldn't be surprised.

This last few weeks I had some extra spendings.

- I bought two LCD monitors used from my friend for $100. I gave one to Bil, and one for Mum and dad.

- I paid $90 for a flight to Vancouver in May. Sis booked it on her frequent flyer points, and I just had to pay the fees.

- I bought a new cell phone for $85 yesterday.

- I also went out for a $60 dinner last weekend.

That's all can remember now. So I have nothing to add to my funds, except $3 from a survey which will go towards Donations. I need to do better next period.
