I arranged with my agent to see four condo listings I was interested in today after work. I felt like the search is finally gaining some traction. The my agent just called, and said three out of the four listings have received offers.
Did everyone else suddenly decide they want condos as well? Big huge *sigh*

My coworker just went through this as well. All of the condos that were really nice and at a good price generally sold in less then 48 hours from being lists.
It took her about 5 weeks, but she did find something that she loved (and could afford), so don't give up. Good luck with your search!
