Baking apple pie

My coworker brought in a bunch of apples from his backyard apple tree.  I took some baking ones and am going to try baking…again.  The last time I follow the pie crust recipe exactly and somehow ended up with a big crumpled mess.  This time I’m going to try buying the pie crust first.
