Credit Card bill

Hurray!  For the first time in 6 months my credit card bill is under $2K.  it’s only $716.47! No.  I haven’t been shopping like a lunatic the last 6 months.  I’ve been buying painting supplies, toilets, and other rental related expenses.    Never the less, it’s nice to have a small credit card bill this month.

We just putting an offer on a reno project, if we get it then the credit card bill will go up again.  But there are 20 offers on this place right now.  It’s bank owned so all we can do is put in our best offer and hope for the best.  We’ll find out tomorrow.
