Walking, Walking, Walking

I'm out of shape.  There is no sugar coating it.  I have not exercised since December and I'm out of breath just climbing a little hill.  I thought about starting to run again, but the couple of times I went out my knees hated me.  Instead I'm going to start walking.  Not leisure walking but fast paced walking with hills for a minimum of 30 minutes three times a week.  This is a great time to start because it is beautiful outside.  Also, it gives me time to clear my head.  When Beau joins me it gives us time to talk and spend time together.  This is part of the plan to lose the 8 pounds I gained this year.  I will update on progress as times goes along.
