Sign that it’s hot?

My agent sets my up with notification of listings that I might be interested in.  This means new listings, status changes, etc. I get notified of.

 

Sometimes I'd get listing so new, that it won't event have pictures or descriptions.  But today I saw one that is conditionally sold before they even put on the picture or description.  Now that is fast!

 

Sign that the market is getting hot?  No idea.
