Rented

Finally, we are rented.  Previously we had two potentials.  The single mother got her choice #1, but the young couple with the baby were still interested.  We actually ended up going with another couple that showed up on Wednesday.  They are young as well but both are working (versus one with the first couple).  I checked their credit and their credit scores are good.  Beau met up with them today to sign the contract and get a security deposit.   That's one less thing off our plates.
