Sick Day

I have not been feeling well the last couple of days.  I guess I have been a little over extended the last little while.  And I think Beau infected me with his germs.  When I woke up this morning and room was spinning I decided to stay home.

While I'm totally of the school of 'Work to live' not 'live to work', I am going to do a little bit of work that is time sensitive today to avoid the backlog tomorrow.  Then I am going to pass out.

Something the ladies at work taught me that's very helpful is that drink peppermint tea helps with the coughing.  So today I am alternating between peppermint tea and lemon honey water (what mom always make me).

You all take care of yourselves out there :)
